I am not a mechanic but do believe that my issues might be leafspring or body mount related.
But before I commit to spending the big bucks, I would like to get the vehicle checked out by an expert in Explorers, preferably one where a member here has had good results from.
This is the roughest riding vehicle that I have ever owned in 46 years of owning cars but before dumping it, I would like to find out definitively what the problem is and to see if it makes sense dollar wise to repair it.
I live in Santa Ana, in Orange County, and will take it anywhere in a 150 mile radius.
I need the shop to actually do a real roadtest and not just tell me something off their computer screen.
Any leads, where they did good work on your Explorer, will be much appreciated!
