Loose starter solonoid wire 1998 4wd

The starter solonoid terminal where it bolts onto the starter solonoid is loose on my starter. The nut is tight on the bracket but the whole thing is loose. To get the starter to fire I need to wriggle the wire from underneath while my wife turns the key.

I have looked underneath but can't figure out how to get the starter out as the front diff is right underneath. Does anyone have advice?
