Low Gear

Hello,
I have a 1991 Ranger 4X4 With a 5 Speed. It is controlled electronically on the dash, the problem I need help with is: How do I get it into low gear. I push the putton for Four wheel drive and it engages but it will not go into low gear.

First off welcome to the site, you'll find tons of helpful info and people here willing to answer your questions. To get into low range you need to put the tranmission into neutral and put your foot on the brake, turn on the regular 4x4, then press the low range button.

Put it in 4-hi, then with trans in neutral and clutch pushed in, push the 4-lo button.
