Low idle and Engine rattle when Air is running

I have a 2018 Ford Explorer 55k that recently has been having a low idle when stopped with a/c running. I now notice a rattle/ lawnmower sounding noise. This only happens when the air is running. I’m guessing the compressor may be going but hoping it could be something different. Any help would be great. Thanks

It is always difficult to diagnose issues over the Internet. Is there a way that you could post an audio clip? That may or may not be helpful.
