Lowering 2000 Limited with rear air supension - Ride Height Calibration Question

Yesterday was at the Ford dealer having my speedometer adjusted for my new wheels and I saw a setting in the software for "Ride Height Calibration"

Does anyone know about this? Can this be used to recalibrate the rear air suspension so I do not have to attempt to move the sensor when installing my 2inch Saleen Lowering blocks?
