Why does this modification add "8-22 hp depending on model"??? I have a '96 5.0...how much hp will this give mine? Thanks...

i put it on my 96 5.0 and i noticed some throttle response, maybe some hp (i cant tell for sure, but it feels like it) and it made the engine sound a lot better. i really recomend the mac intake.... if i had the chance i would buy it again.

I'n not entirley familiar with the unit, but to be conservative/realistic, with a mandrel bent tube maybe 2hp, if it comes with a larger MAS maybe 5-8, and if its just an air filter 0-1hp

I have a kkm, as you probablly know thats just a filter conversion.. I saw no gains at all.
