hi folks , can anyone tell me where on a 2000 model XLT can you find the chassis number? Ive had this vehicle since april and due to tranny breaking first day , 3 months here in Sunny Bulgaria to get it rebuilt, then had to replace steering rack, good old USPS took 2 months to deliver it here, then it blew up after ten minutes. thankfully only a month later the second one got here and works! Then had to replace top and bottom ball joints, yes I bought a pup! this time royal mail took two months to deliver from uk, and one lot had to be re ordered. Anyway now it works and goes, still a few warning light issues but will sort them, only thing is I have to re register from one county to next and this one needs the chassis number, which wasnt on previous counties log book. Spent the whole day arguing with bulgaria technicians and still didn't find it, they insist it is on chassis rail somewhere, but where? Please help!! ps have Vin number, not what i want/need
