Mass Air Sensor Upgrade (opinions please)

I have been looking to upgrade the mass air sensor on my 95 xlt 4.0 i currently have a larger throttle body and a K&N full intake on it. So the next step is the mass air sensor. I wanted to know if anyone has any input on them. Is it really worth the upgrade, what are the benefits and what are of course the down sides. If you do nothing right with a Ford you need to ensure that the MAF is properly selected. The MAF meter determines ALL fueling,load, and spark tables, and if improperly selected will effect the way the vehicle drives,power, efficiency,etc. I recommend staying away from Ebay, period. Anyone can sell a product but the customer support,technical advice and product knowledge can be worth its weight in gold when problems arise.
