So I'm going on a roadtrip to Oshkosh, WI this year from Southern FL, and I've been looking for a tonneau cover. I found a guy selling an OEM one for 150, he told me it's missing the keys and the "parts that belong on the truck". He told me to make an offer so I offered him 50 bucks.

My questions are is that a good offer and how much would it cost to replace said missing parts?

Thanks in advance,
-Jared

i recall seeing the brackets being around 50 or so so you have about 200 in brackets but dont quote me on that

Picked up the cover. It's in better shape than it looked in the pictures. All I need are the four brackets (25ish a piece from Ford), two c-clips for the lock cylinders, 2 new cylinders (or a locksmith), and the rubber covers for the locks.

My back lock cylinder is busted, Ford wanted something nuts like $400 for a replacement with a different key. Lemme know where you get a new one or how you handle it at least! Id love to be able to unlock my lid with a key instead of with my fingers

HA! They can pry 400 bucks from my cold dead hands... If I can't get it re-keyed I'll head to a junkyard or modify it or something.

Will do! It might take some time though.
