Mods to do when replacing 4.6 manifold

I have a 2006 Explorer 4.6 that has one exhaust manifold with a crack. While there, I'm thinking of replacing some other parts since the mechanic will already be in the engine.

What would you replace while there? No, I'm not looking to do a full engine rebuild but considering plugs, and maybe shorty headers, etc.

Nobody makes shorties for Explorers. You can check the engine mounts since he may need to unbolt them to raise the motor a little.
