I have my '93 Explorer equipped with a kkm intake and a magnaflow catback exhaust. I was just looking at headers and throttle bodies or whatever for performance. Does anybody have any suggestions for some good performance gainers?

351w :-)

I do a little bit of wheeling but still like kidding myself into thinking its a street racing car HAHA!

id get a bbk 66mm throttle body to start..i have a custom intake, bbk throttle body, and 2.5" exhaust on my 91 explorer, it didnt add a lot of power, but u can feel the mods over stock

Forget the BBK....I had it...sold it....I run a modified Stock TB, and still got 157/256 on the dyno....

I have a thread on it here somewhere...

Well the most noticable thing if needed now is a chip. I can tell you more but how much do you wanna spend? I'm almost maxed out on mods

Don't expect a lot out of a chip on that year truck.

Well I was trying to stay at a building-up like pace. AS a throttle body and chip would be the best things to get now. Aldive I do admit your very knowledgable but when I was at that stage a chip did make the difference I wanted. If you wanna make it sound realistic without forced feeding that engine you should get another vehicle. Hope you have a 5-speed manual....

UD Pulley, Gears, and then Turbo or SC

Damn how did I forget to tell you gears, that will make a biggest feel in acceleration before going force fed.....but it isn't cheap, especially if you have 4wd

I can't commit on that, cause I never did that, But while your at it go ahead and swap cams too!!!
