Motor revving when cold and bad gas mileage

The codes I'm getting is p1504 p1409 p0401 p1762.ive cleaned the idle control valve.no luck. What's next?

Ok I tested the erg valve and it's good.could the idle control valve cause this?

I unplugged the iac and it does not rev up like it did.if that helps any?

What do you mean Motor Reving when cold?

A drastic drop in gas mileage is one of the symptoms of a bad TPS.
