moving from an '04 to '10 Mounty anything to look for?

Putting hard cash down tomorrow
Anything to look for with these?

Swapping out the old Ex '04 w/100k that's going to my son, thinking picking up a Mounty '10 with 9kmi. Looks clean, carfax clean, mileage seems to match up.
Its a V8 w/6r60, 18" tires. Only things missing are the Nav unit, power 3rd row, Rear DVD, power running boards. All of which are more things to go wrong i would think. I also own a '10 ST, V8. that tows 5k lbs camper.

Only 10k miles!
So far impressed. Like the Sport Trac, its pretty much the same truck with an extra two seats. The v8 3v is sweet, has a lot of get up and go, on a side note when the trac tows, it does a great job. '10 is much stiffer than the '04; rides 200% better; mpg a little better (just a little), 6spd although a little different than the 5spd its a nice transmission and smooth; Only options that are missing is the Nav, power running boards, RSE and those power rear seats - all of which seems more of a liability than anything.

Last pic is the main reason why i got it, not so much color or interior . . .
