Can you play MP# cofded Cds in a regular CD changer hooked to a MP3 HU?

Agreed, after thinking about it, it was a dumb questions.

Thanks for the reply.

Al there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. ;)

I have been looking at mp3 hu myself as well.
This is what I found out:

There are 4 well known HUs out there:

Kenwood Excelon Z919
Empeg Car Player
Aiwa CDC-MP3
MTE MTE Neo 35

I decided not to buy one due to several reasons.
- Relatively pricey
- They do not offer a lot of feautures (except the Kenwood)
- Skipping ! - AIWA is known to skip a lot

If you still wish to buy one I would recommend you to get the Kenwood Excelon Z919.

Eh? There's a LOT more to choose from. Visit www.highwaymp3.com for a good roundup. The Kenwood Z919 is way overpriced for its features. There's better bang for the buck out there.

Out of those 4 the Kenwood is the only one I would even consider. Never buy Awia car audio products...absolute crap. I've never heard of the other two. My advice would be wait another year for MP3 technology to be more mainstream and then you'll see every manufacturer have at least one model with MP3 capabilities.
