My '95 Explorer XL is shaking I need Help?

I don't know anything about cars so I need a little help... My Explorer has been shaking/vibrating while driving, sitting at stoplights, and while in park... I've replaced the tires had it re-aligned, and paid $250.00 for a tune up.... Nothing seems to be helping... Please let me know what could be causing this... Thank You.

Is it misfiring? You may have a bum coil pack - is it throwing a code?

Maybe a motor or trans mount.
