This has been happening for a while. I just added some freon and it still happens. When I am parked the a/c blows just a tad under 40 degrees. Once I start driving around at like 45mph it now will be blowing at 60 degrees. If I stop within about 3 minutes it is back to blowing at 40 degrees.

I do not see any leaks. It is currently 53 degrees outside and humid so it is not like it's crazy hot outside.

Thanks

Put a set of gauges on and see what the system pressures are at any given RPM.

i dont think it has anything to do whether u are driving or not. sounds to me like its the compressor itself and the amount of Rpm's is causing an issue with the compressor itself indicitaing you need a new A/c compressor. Im not a pro when it comes to a/c systems so dont qoute me on my diagnosis.

As suggested, a set of gages will likely help your diagnostic results.... and also as suggested, its likely an rpm related issue... but it could be lots of things from blender door issue (if it only happens during a "moving event"... meaning the door is just "flapping" around... common problem), or a plugged line (tube issue), which could be "crud" OR other issues like a compressor "decaying". Check out the "under the hood" forum where AC posts are found.
