My driver's door won't unlock. How do I pull the panel off while it's closed?

Read alot of posts on this but I need a bit more advice. My drivers side door won't unlock plus the linkage to my inside latch popped off or broke the out side latch doesn't work and my key won't turn far enough to pop the lock. So, how do I get the door open to pull the panel off to fix whatever happened inside. :frustrate
