My factory alarm doesn't let my Ranger start.

hello im ben i hope all r well,i will be trying too solve a 2002 ranger problem with the wiring to the factory alarm not alowing the truck too start it has no remote.Andif the plastic insulation containing more that 1 wire are a fuseable link if over loaded the gel melts not alowing power to igntion so truck wont start.any help out there.thank you ben
