My issues and resolutions, maybe it will help some of you.

I have been reading on this forum for almost a year and some of what has been posted as helped me with my issues. So hopefully I can do the same for some of you.

I contacted Cory on here who passed along the information to another Ford employee who handled scheduling my service visit.

Streaking Windows - TSB and fixed.
Rear hatch not always latching - TSB and fixed.
Bluetooth wind tunnel - TSB and better. APIM was replaced.

Rattle from rear moonroof - Inconsistent and was not able to duplicate.

Navigation fault - renders my nav unit useless. Known issue but no resolution. Was told to look forward to the new release next year. The solution is to obtain a Garmin. Not quite the answer you want to hear. Not sure what to do with this.

That's helpful. I have the minor issue of liftgate not always latching and going back up by itself. Occasionally there is actually something near the gate that causes it, but sometimes it goes all the way down and the just opens up again. Is that the symptom you were having?

I will see if I can find the paperwork. I wasnt aware of one either until they said there was one.

The hatch is manual, not automatic.
