My Positive battery cable is stuck!

Any ideas how to get this thing off. My right headlight burned out and my hands are to big to fit in between the battery and the body to get to the socket. I've tried WD40, prying with a hammer. Thanks.
 






did you loosen the terminal clamp?
 






Take some channel locks and get a good grip on the clamp.. then twist it back and forth. That should get it loose.
 






There is also a special tool made to pull the connectors off the terminals. I have one but i rarely use it. Look at an auto parts store. I think the vise grips should work, maybe use a small pry bar to pry it up.
