Need a nice easy trail in east TN

I just got my XL, and I already had planned on a camping trip this week. so I'm looking for a mild trail to some where I can pitch a tent. My tires haven't come in yet so I can't do anything really knarly.
I'm in Memphis, but I will drive about 6 hours to get to the trail head.
Any suggestions?

They code their trails according to difficulty.
