i ordered a gibson exhaust for my 99 explorer sport sohc from 4wheel parts and was told that it wont fit my explorer because i have a dual inlet going to the muffler and the one that got orderd had a single inlet to the muffler. Question is they said that they could order a 4door dual inlet and just cut the muffler pipe and weld it back to make it fit my sport. i have been looking through the site and have found that everyone has done something to the muffler in order to make it work. so should i go with the gibson and just have them cut it. and if i do will this do much to the muffler's performance and sound.
