So here is the deal. I'm building a rock crawler out of my 01 sport trac. I have dropped a Chevy 355 motor on propane in it. It has the hei dizzy. Which has one tab on it for the tach reading....
Sooo my question is...... is there a specific wire I can hook up to make my tach read properly. I have read a post about changing the cluster wiring pins from 6cyl to a 8 cylinder. But is there a way I can make my stock cluster to work on this old Chevy hei dizzy?
