Need Help ... 2006 Eddie Bauer Seat Belt Problem!

On the front passenger seat, my seat belt is on the automatic locking mode (entire belt was pulled out) and caught on the metal bar that holds the headrest to the seat. I need to remove the headrest to allow seat belt to retract completely to disengage the lock mode. How do I remove the headrest? Or is there another way to disengage the lock mode and allow seat belt to go over the headrest?

Trying to remember (at work now) but you should have a "button" on the headrest shaft to allow it to move up/down, normally you should be able to hold that button down and remove the headrest, will look in about a couple hours if someone else does not beat me to it for you.

their is a pin hole on the oppisite side as the button , push a nail in their and lift.
