2000 3.0 Ranger 5 speed. We just changed the front calipers, pads and rotors and bleed the brakes but the pedal is still soft. no air is coming out when we bleed them. What do i need to check for? is there a check valve or something i am missing?
thanks

I had the same problem once when I put some stainless braided lines on the front of my 92'. When I looked at where the bleeder was located on the caliper, it wasn't at the top(where the air was) the way I had the truck jacked up. I ended up having to lower the front of the truck until the rotors were almost touching the ground to get the bleeders to be at the top of the caliper bore.

Hope this helps,

Dave R.
