Need help - ball joints

Can someone please help me verify the parts I'm looking at will work for my application. I have a 2004 4WD XLT Explorer. I want Moog greasable replacement ball joints. I have the factory 16" five spoke alloy wheels. Moog also lists a rear ball joint as well. Is that correct. For those of you that have used Moog or are familiar with the greasable replacement joints can you identify the correct Moog part numbers. Thanks for any help.

Front upper K80008
Rear upper K500109 (It says with 17 wheels but I have used it with 16 in wheels)

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure there wouldn't be any clearance issues with the grease nips.
