need help fast!

My ST started acting up about six to eight months ago but neither me nor my brother could pin down the problem cause it wasnt doing it all the time and i was more concerned with my health problems than the sometimes problem of the truck. Well now it has become an urgent problem. And my only mode of transportation to and from my cancer treatments. It seems it needs new plugs but i cant put it in the shop due to being to on disability. But i cant replace them myself cause i dont know where in the heck the are located on the motor! Lol Yes, i am a woman. And yes, i can change spark plugs if only i knew where they were located. I have a 2007 4.6L V8 ford ST. Can anybody tell me where on the motor they are? Please and thank u!

Be VERY aware of the potential spark plug issues for your vehicle.

Not yet. Just read in the manual that if the check engine light was blinking, that it meant the engine was misfiring. The truck is only two owner truck, me and a previous owner. And i have never given it a tuneup. I bought it from a dealership as a used one owner truck back in feb of 09. It has 124,000 miles on it so i figured a tuneup was due anyway.
