So, TLDR; my transmission mount failed and trans dropped down and crushed an aluminum coolant hose. The hose connects to a rubber piece, then to the radiator.

I took it to a few auto parts stores but they can't seem to find it, so I figured I'd post pictures here to see if anyone can help:

I'm driving to the Ford dealership next and will update here if I get a name/PN for it.

Update: I had to special order this from the dealership (Outlet Tube BB5Z-8A519-H), it was ~$100, but the parts guy was kind and gave me a discount, dropping it to ~$75.

I should clarify that this is a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport.

And for reference; The transmission mount failed in a weird way; the bolt holding it seemed to snap off completely 😅

Quite possibly a dealer only item for your rear heat.

Yeah I had to special order it (For anyone looking for it in the future, it's an Outlet Tube, part number BB5Z-8A519-H) from the dealership

Does it go to the Oil Cooler, or PTU cooler? The Sport version should have them.

Welcome to the Forum.
They still made some profit on it. Original 2013-2019 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Outlet Tube BB5Z-8A519-H | Levittown Ford Parts ($67.26)
