need help on a 2002 mountaineer

i have a 02 mountaineer with the 4.6 and has a idle surge and hanging idle have took it to 2 different shops one of which was ford told me to replace the maf and the aic i also cleaned the throttle body the aic helped for a day and now its back to normal anybody have any ideas

is there a pcm upgrade for the 4.6

i have the iac is 3 days old bought from napa
