In the last 6 monthes I have had my clutch replaced twice and now I'm tired of putting out the money. It has a 3 inch body lift and a granetelli MAF and a KKM Air Filter. Eerything else is pretty much stock as far as I know fo this EX.

What are the cheapest methods I can do or follow for more powr for my Ex without quickly killing the clutch?

Thanx!

If it will here'smy ride: http://www.cardomain.com/member_pag...=Explorer Sport&tree=Ford Explorer Sport:eek:

Start with a new catback exhaust, (flowmaster, gibson, magnaflow). Also a 66mm throttle body would help as well. After that, if you still want a little more power, you can get a chip.

You probably need to change your axle gears. With 32"s, you should have at least 3.73 gears and 4.10s would be better. With the larger tires, you need to better keep the engine in the powerband. You're RPMs are probably too low causing you to stress the clutch.

go for gears.

Gears all the way, the 4.0 is plenty stong to push those tries, you're only wearing out the clutch because you have such high gears.
