Need some 285s to fit

Im running a Truxxx leveling kit 2.5/1.25

I want 285s to fit but i feel like im gonna have to stick some blocks under the body. Im not going higher than 1.5 inches, but id rather stick to just an inch/ 1.25 maybe. anyone recommend i go a full 1.5 or can i trim them down a couple notches?

Stuck 1.5" blocks under to fit my 285 m/t's. I don't think you'd really be able to tell a quarter or even half inch difference. The truck isn't too tall and I barely rub unless it's a real tight turn, didn't trim anything

You're probably fine, wheel spacers could help as well.
