for the last 8 years my little 91 Ranger has been sitting up in the woods with a bad transmission. Finally got a good used M50D-R1 from behind a 2.3L and swapped the guts out of it into my case. Sometime during those 8 years of exile, someone robbed the plug and a few inches of wire off of the MAP sensor on the rt. side firewall just above the A/C evap. I in turn robbed a plug off of an 89 Bronco II with a 2.9 L and the color codes are different. All of the other Rangers and Bronco II 's I have around here also are different color codes. Can one of y'all that has a 91 with a 3.0L look under the hood and tell me which wire of the 3 goes to which position in the plug ?? I have a Green w/blk, a Grey w/red and a Brown w/white, in my 91 Ranger harness. Starting with the wire closest to the vacuum port or drivers side, then to the center wire and finally to the far left or farthest away from the vacuum port. Any help is appreciated. I can drive the truck ,but the check engine light stays on all the time. Thanks...
