So i called my local ford dealer today and asked about the sync mirror w/mic built-in to compare the connection in the back of the mirror with just auto dimmming equipped on the 2006 explorer and a 2008 with a mirror that has a mic built in and the service/part departments said both of them are 10 pin connections... they gave me the part number which is 17700, when i google it up there were more then one mirror with 17700, i am trying to find a ford part catalog with the mirror and wiring diagram that says it is 10 pin to verify what they told me is true or the guy doesnt know what he was looking up on the computer if so i am buying the mirror from ebay...
