Need to replace 2007 explore 4l head gaskets

Hello everyone. I joined seeking guidance and assistance. I need to replace head gaskets for daughters 2007 explorer 6cyl. 4l. Im a do it yourself mechanic and have replaced others in past, but need reference information speifications for procedural replacements. Would be most greatfull for best directional information to begin with fromn the forum of experienced experts.

I'll be honest it's not a bad job outside of doing the timing chains and breaking loose the T55 head bolts. Its best to pull the engine to do the job. Out of curiosity why does it need head gaskets?
