New and Need Help!

Hello to all, I am new to the Explorer Forum. I have an 02 XLT an I am currently experiencing some electrical problems. The dome lights will not shut off when exiting. They shut off when you put the key in the ignition but stay on when you get out of the car and lock it. I am also having problems with the Keyless entry pad on the door. Any suggestions and help will be much appreciated.
