hello everyone , let me start off by saying this site is really on the spot ..Wanted to share an incident that happened to me a few days ago..i havnt read any tech stuff be her i go.. I have a 1996 5.0 explorer,2wd, it has a cobra cam shaft,ported heads, cold air, torque monsters..did all the work myself..truck runs great ..Wanted to upgrade my shift points so i ordered a Jet programmer...i payed 350 brand new.. long story short.. the programmer woudnt even comunicate with my stock computer...So i did what the box says call the compny...I did and the (super tech) told me in plain english that it woudnt comunicate becus of my stock cobra CAM....Im jus out 350 wanted to put that out ther for anyone thinking of this Jet product...Love the site thanks again

Thanks for posting that link. There's a telephone number listed. You have a warranty, and shouldn't get stuck with something that doesn't work. Did you use a credit card to pay for it?

thanks all for responding.. yes a cc was used , now i have sent it back ,have to wait an see if i get my money back - 20% restocking fee + ther gona check and see if it didnt marry my truck...it didnt even comunicate .. my word against theres, im out so far 490$..jus frustrated, false advertizing . bytes u in da ass..
