Hello all! My wife an I purchased a new to us 2013 Explorer XLT two weeks ago and so far we love it. I've been a Ford guy since day one and have owned a Ranger, 2 F150's, and now the Explorer. I came across these great Explorer boards a few days ago in my search to get to know this new vehicle better. So far it has served me well and I have already been lurking and making use of all the great knowledge here. So far I have located the factory door code under the dash, removed the front license plate holder, learned about the dragging rear brake issue, read about the fuel tank leak issue, and learned of a recall on my vehicle. I've been busy as you can see. It's great to see a awesome place for support for the Explorer and I've been really surprised to see a manufacturer presence here as well which is great. I hope to learn much more and hopefully contribute some knowledge as well some day. I'm a member of many other forums and only join the ones worth while, and this one is definitely worth while. I know it takes a great deal of time and effort from the mods to create, maintain, and supervise a forum like this so my thanks in advance to them!
