I am looking at a 2002 Explorer. It is basically loaded with leather, power everything, sunroof, tow package, running boards, etc. It has about 29,000 miles on it. They are asking around $19,900. Is this a good deal? For what it is worth, NADA says it is worth around 22k or 23k.
