new front end springs

where can i buy springs for the front end of my first gen ex that will be more stiff and a lower spring rate. i dont want a lift, just better stock size springs.

The springs above are progressive spring rate meaning they start out softer and get stiffer as they deflect more. Higher rate = stiffer spring.

Has anyone ever tried these Explorer Express front springs on their truck? If so how do you like them vs. stock springs?

I picked up a pair of springes for my 91 at advance auto for only 52 beans far cry cheaper then 179.

97 Explorers use torsion bars for front springs, so you don't need them. Only the first gen Explorers use front coil springs.

I haven't used them, I was just pointing them out to punkbek3886 because it sounded like what he was looking for.
