Came here looking for help....and found it very quickly. Was a Ranger fan for years, enough so that a former neighbor nick named me Ranger Boy. First one was probably the best, an 83 4x4 that I swapped a 302/c4 into it. And proceeded to pound the snot out of it. Have had several Rangers since then, as well as our first Explorer, a 91 4wd that we ran it til it would not move anymore. Took close to 300k to accomplish it. Replaced it with a 99, wish we still had the 91. Wife & I are both retired (disabled) Postal Employees....
