New Guy needs help

Hello, my name is Jason I have a 1991 XLT that was my baby until I got my SHO. Then I gave the car to my wife, well we wont go any further than that. The Heat and the ac don't blow hot or cold. Can someone help me. other than the cars runs good, beside an oil leak.
