I'd like to say hi to all my new friends that I hope will help get me through a '95 Explorer project that I'm picking up tomorrow. I know out of the starting gate I'm going to be tackling a transmission problem that I already have found valuable info on this forum to get me going. This will be my sons first vehicle.
I never was much of a mechanic until 3 years ago when my dad passed away and I had to start fixing things myself, (he never would let me.) Now at the ripe old/young age of 50 I'm learning the satisfaction of completing projects. With the help of another forum I replaced the clutch in a '93 Saturn which I thought there would be no way I could do. That was my daughters first car.
I'm looking forward to this project and with the help of this forum I know I'll get through it.
