New Here, Wife's 02 Sport has a weird problem

So my wife has an explorer sport and the CEL light came on and so i head to autozone to get it check and it claims to be running lean on bank 1 and rich on bank 2. the guy at autozone says its the o2 sensors, so i replace the front 2 and i for the life of me cannot find the 3rd one that they claim to have.

now if it sits and idles for more then 30 seconds it tries to die and we have to give it gas to keep it going, any ideas?

The third o2 sensor is after the cats. It's used to monitor the airflow after the cats (or somehing to that effect). It's located under the truck after the last cat.
