New install, 2 15" Type-R's, XX-Hercules, 8cubes@33hz

Well finished my install today. only thing i am missing is the end caps for my amplifier, which will come in sometime next week hopefully.

Setup:

2 15" dual4 Alpine Type-R's
Hifonics XX-Hercules
8cubes @ 33hz box, its two separate 4 cubic foot boxes combined into one

Slightly angled mountin

Wedged the Kinetik 2400 in there, had to do some cutting and fabricate a battery bracket

Nice. What made you decide to build the box so much larger than Alpine specs? How do you like them firing up? I've tried that with mine and they sounded a ton better firing backwards. Then again, my port is on the same side as the subs. Looks killer. Enjoy!

a couple, not many though I thought i did pretty decent for my first build tho. Had the help of my cousin also, who doesnt know crap about car audio, but always good to have an extra pair of hands hehe

Very nice man, i bet it sounds great. Friend used to have 2 type R 12's that would shake every window in my house from across the street, can't imagine those beasts.
