Alright, I've a ford explorer 2003, 4.6l v8.
I've replaced the air intake manifold, added a plug to it. I've also replaced spark plugs with Bosch double iridium, new coils, and replaced the injectors.

Discovered my egr tube had cracks in two spots and Jerry rigged a patch till I can find a replacement or time to delete it.

Found and plugged back in several vacuum hoses and cables I found unplugged/disconnected.

So far the engine seems to idle better but at random it'll be slightly rough. Seems to be at a constant 600+ to just under 800. All vibrations I used to have an issue with all but stopped.

Randomly it'll feel sluggish and rough when I'm riding for a bit and come to a full stop for minute or two. When I go to accelerate, it feels slow and as if I'm being held back.

I fixed and cleaned two sensors, the EVAP purge valve (opened it, cleaned it.) and one under the air intake hose.

Didn't check the egr solenoid yet, will do so in a bit.

Ideas or recommendations?

I'll also note I added washers as spacers to the fuel rail as the injectors didn't move freely.

Fresh oil change and full tank with a fuel system additive to remove any residual build up from the previous coolant leak.

I'll also note the acceleration doesn't jerk, feels smoother, and mpg has increased. Will be replacing the iac and throttle gaskets. Also the pcv valve.

Confirmed everything I can see and do to be good. So I did a reset. Disconnected the negative, used a gator clip wire to help drain the solenoids. Left the lights on and doors open to help drain residual charges. Turned the key to on, waited, and cycled 5 times. Once done, I let it sit for 10 minutes at idle. From there I left the ac on max for a minute, then done the same for heat. From there I cycled gears, park to reverse and so on and then did it in reverse and then at random. From there drove it for a few minutes in a similar order easily .

Crank case has low vacuum. Also replaced the pcv valve. Any suggestions?

Seems the orings could be the issue, gonna check

Orings checked, replaced 3. Still have an o2s stuck rich error. Gonna try replacing some sensors.
