Just popped in to say HI. I have a 1996 Explorer 4wd 4dr with a4.0L and 162,000 miles. Only repairs were a new radiator and driver's side head (old one cracked). I tweaked the front torsion bars, and added a shackle extenders to the rear. Don't plan on doing much more.
