Just joined up. So much info here. Just bought a 97 Explorer as a spare vehicle for snow days and grocery etc etc.. Not sure if it's a XLT or EX or whatever but it's a 5.0 with 160k+ miles. Lot's of maint records came with it. Seems to be pretty well equipped with options. Runs pretty good. Couple of things to look in to for inspection but a solid vehicle by all means as far as I can tell.
