- '02 4x4 Eddie Bauer
Hi everyone,
I reside in central Virginia and am the proud owner of an '02 Explorer 4x4 Eddie Bauer. Ordered in Feb '01 and received in April '01. Currently 83,000 miles. Last inspection was told I would have to replace upper ball joints (boots around them are broken) before next inspection. Found this forum (thankfully) to try to save a few bucks. Shop wants $700 to change them.
Don't know if I will have much to share. Thankfully I've not had any after warranty issues.
After looking over the site I see that a lot of members have put a lot of hard work into their post.
Thanks to everyone that provided information to this site for people like me to use.
