2005 Explorer XLT
Hello all. I've used this website many times for information on our Explorers. My wife recently purchased a 2013 model, we also own a 2005 model, and we had a 1995 Explorer before that. In my opinion this is the best site for people that are the do it yourself types. Hopefully I can continue learn more here, and maybe now I can add to the discussions if I can help someone too.

This is indeed a great community for these trucks, welcome! What are the plans for your rigs?

Welcome.

Thanks for the welcome. The 2005 is being used by my 16 year old son, he will probably want to do something cool to it. It has 200,000 miles on it but still runs good, starting to have some transmission problems with it though. Hopefully I can figure that out and keep it on the road for the years to come. If we do any modifications to it I'll post some pics, as of now it's all stock.
