New Member looking for order status help!

Hi everyone!
My husband and I ordered our 2013 4wd Limited in Ingot Silver back on June 13/14th and were told to expect 6-8 weeks for delivery. Well it will be 10 weeks on Monday and our dealership doesn't even know if we have a VIN yet!!! Is our new car lost in cyberspace??
